| Educational Collaboration |

| The major objectives of the university is to establish linkages with other institutions for creating opportunities for higher learning and research. The university has recently entered into a collaboration with KICIT, Nagpur for developing short term programmes in computer science. Mr. Yashvant Kanetkar, the renowned author of the popular book "Let us C" is one of the key persons in this joint venture. Through the launch of certain short term computer programmes developed jointly, the university will be to draw in the expertise of Mr. Kanetkar as well as make provisions for bringing his lectures directly to the classrooms located in distant regions. |

Founded in 1987, Kanetkar's ICIT today has evolved into a world-class organisation imparting Quality IT education. KICIT is known worldwide for its knowledge-rich course contents and its unique teaching methodology. We take pride in KICIT academic prowess, which we owe to the distinguished academicians and professionals working in KICIT organisation.
With a humble beginning of 5 students in 1987, we have successfully trained over 30000 students till now on various computing technologies. KICIT's success can be gauged by the confidence that the students have after coming out of KICIT and the industry recognition they get for it. KICIT students are highly placed at various levels in the IT industry.
